科学发展观是一种以人为本，全面、协调、可持续的发展观，是新时期我国高校体育教学改革的指导思想。目前，由于诸多原因，我国高校体育教学改革遭遇种种困境，难以适应当前经济社会发展的需要。如何坚持以科学发展观为指导，努力促使我国高校体育教学理念、方式及方法与科学发展观相统一，是目前我国高校体育教学领域所面临的一大课题。
科學髮展觀是一種以人為本，全麵、協調、可持續的髮展觀，是新時期我國高校體育教學改革的指導思想。目前，由于諸多原因，我國高校體育教學改革遭遇種種睏境，難以適應噹前經濟社會髮展的需要。如何堅持以科學髮展觀為指導，努力促使我國高校體育教學理唸、方式及方法與科學髮展觀相統一，是目前我國高校體育教學領域所麵臨的一大課題。
과학발전관시일충이인위본，전면、협조、가지속적발전관，시신시기아국고교체육교학개혁적지도사상。목전，유우제다원인，아국고교체육교학개혁조우충충곤경，난이괄응당전경제사회발전적수요。여하견지이과학발전관위지도，노력촉사아국고교체육교학이념、방식급방법여과학발전관상통일，시목전아국고교체육교학영역소면림적일대과제。
The concept of scientific development is the concept of development which can be people-oriented ,comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable . It is the guiding ideology to China' s teaching reform of college physical education in the new era. At present, due to many reasons, physical education teaching reform in China is facing to various difficulties, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of the current economic and social development.How to adhere to the guidance of the concept of scientific development, how to promote the philosophy of college sports teaching, ways and means and the scientific,, concept of development to become an unity is a major issue which facing to in the field of college sports teaching of China currently.
