“凡人德育的重要内容就是要求人们做有缺点的好人”。“凡人德育”论失察之处正在于它割裂了道德现实与道德理想的关系。人无完人,这是现实,但人却不能因而将此做为理想,将自身的道德追求指向这个既定现实。正是在道德理想和道德自律精神的推动下,人类才以宏大的气魄对自己的心灵世界提出了高远超绝的目标。

One of the important contents of moral education for common people is to ask them to be the ones with disadvantages. The views on moral education only for common people have a fatal defect that they split the relation between moral realty and moral ideal. The reality is that everyone has shortcomings, but the ideal he sets up shouldn' t be the reality itself. It' s only because of moral ideal and moral autonomy that humans take enough courage to set up transcendent goals for their spirit worlds.
