高校为实现大学有效管理会选择处分权,但高校行使该处分权应坚持以人为本原则,保证学生充分享有知情权,并将程序正当引进校园,同时理顺申诉与诉讼的关系,完善学生申诉后的行政救济渠道也尤为必要。
