" By analyzing the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province, we can find that relying on the natural resource advantage, water conservancy advantage, science and technology advantage, high level of agriculture mechanization advantage, farming cultivate advantage, we can actively promote the large - scale water conservancy, large - scale agricul- ture machinery, large - scale science and technology, large - scale cooperation of innovation and practice in Heilongjiang Province, and then increase the agricultural production and farmers' income. Therefore, new ru- ral construction can be advanced steadily. Besides, modem large -scale agriculture which can lead common prosperity is making solid progress.
