目的:评估福州口岸伊蚊幼虫孳生情况和传播登革热风险。方法:诱卵器法。结果:2011年6~10月份福州马尾口岸4个监测点的平均诱卵指数87.68,幼虫密度13.21(条/罐);诱卵指数和月平均气温、月降雨量、月日照时间以及月平均湿度的相关系数依次为0.855、0.784、0.768、0.739,均有统计学意义;诱卵指数和旬平均气温关系有统计学意义;大裕堆场和马尾办公大楼的诱卵指数和幼虫密度较高,青州码头和中钢码头较低,差别有统计学意义。结论:诱卵指数可较敏感反映气候因素,体现周边环境卫生状况,建议加强气候监测对伊蚊孳生的预警作用;2011年6~10月份福州马尾口岸伊蚊孳生状况严重,需采取控蚊措施;进一步研究诱卵指数和布雷图指数、房屋指数和容器指数在口岸地区的关联性,探索评价指标的推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the intensity of mosquito and the hazard of Dengue fever at Fuzhou frontier port. Methods :To choose ovitrap method. Results The larval positive index and the larval density were 87.68 and 13.21 respectively from Jun. 2011 to. Oct. 2011 at Fuzhou frontier port, the distribution of mosquito was influenced by weather factors, the correlative coefficient of larval positive index between air temperature and rainfall and sunshine and humidity were 0.855 and 0.784 and 0.768 and 0.739 respectively. There was significant difference between 4.docks, the intensity of mosquito were high at Dayu dock and the office building, and that was lower at Qinzhou dock and zhonggang dock. Conclusions :The mosquito oviposition rate was sensitivity to the change of weather factors especially to air temperature, and we must enhance weather surveillance and fred out the hazard of Dengue fever in advance. The mosquito oviposition rate was high at Fuzhou frontier port from Jun. 2011 to. Oct. 2011, and we must take more attention. We must enhance the study of the relationship between ovitmp index and Breteau index and housing index and container index in frontier port to explore evaluation index's application.
