食品追溯体系是一种基于风险管理为基础的安全保障体系,为政府、企业、消费者提供食品追溯管理、预测分析、风险评估和预警服务。如何提高追溯平台的有效性成为提高我国食品质量安全至关重要的问题。现从省级平台的服务对象及功能分析入手,解析了福建省食品安全追溯平台的基本框架,主要包括应用系统和应用支撑系统,并阐述了该平台的实际效用。论证通过食品安全追溯省级平台与企业、国家平台的衔接,可以有效实现重点食品质量安全监管。

Food traceability system is a kind of safety guarantee system which is based on risk management. It provides food Iraceability management, forecast analysis, risk assessment and early-warning service for the government, enterprises and consumers. To improve the effectiveness of trace platform has become an important issue to enhance our country's food quality and safety. This article expounds the basic framework of the Fujian provincial food safety traceability platform,through analysis of service objects and functions of the provincial platform, which mainly include application system and application support system. This paper argues that, through the cohesion of provincial platform and enterprise and national platform of food safety traceability, we can make the food quality and safety supervision effectively.
