研究了在氨-氯化铵介质中Ca^2+催化双氧水使中性红褪色反应,建立了动力学光度法测定微量Cu^2+的方法。结果表明,Cu^2+浓度与吸光度A值呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关方程为Y=1.5795x-0.0016,r=0.9990,回收率为98.0%~102.0%。该方法可用于奶粉中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。

The catalytic reaction of hydrogen peroxide bleaching to neutral red by Cu^2+ in chloride-ammonia medium was studied, a kinetic spectrophotometric method of determination of Cu^2+ was established. There was a good linear relationship between Cu^2+ concentration and absorbanee value, the line related equation was y = 1. 579 5x - 0.001 6, the coeglcient of correlationr = 0.999 0, the recovery was 98.0% - 102.0%. The method can be used for the determination of trace copper in milk powder with satisfactory results
