高职院校“1＋2”学生是个新生群体，不能简单地沿用传统大学生思想政治教育方法开展教育工作。本文在高职院校“1＋2”学生思想政治教育工作特殊意义的基础上，分析高职院校“1＋2”学生思想政治教育工作中存在的现状和主要问题，摄析离职院校“1＋2”学生思想政治教育工作的路径，目标在于教育实践中提高高职院校“1＋2”学生思想政治的教育针对性和实效性。

" 1+2" students become a new group in higher vocational colleges, who can not be educated by traditional college students' ideological and political education methods. Based on the special significance of giving "1 +2" students ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this article analyzes its current situation and its main problem, and explores some resolutions for this kind of education, in order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness in its educational practice.
