针对传统矿用电机车串电阻调速方式和直流斩波PWM调速方式存在故障率高、维修量大、维修成本高、电能浪费严重等缺点和矿用电机车的运行工况,以TMS320LF2407ADSP为核心,采用矢量控制策略和空间矢量脉宽调制技术对原有电机车控制系统进行技术改造,研制出了矿用电机车变频驱动装置,实现了电机车的转速电流双闭环的高性能的调速实验室数据测试分析和现场使用结果表明,该驱动装置调速性能稳定良好,电机车维护工作量明显减小,可靠性完全达到矿山恶劣工况的要求.
針對傳統礦用電機車串電阻調速方式和直流斬波PWM調速方式存在故障率高、維脩量大、維脩成本高、電能浪費嚴重等缺點和礦用電機車的運行工況,以TMS320LF2407ADSP為覈心,採用矢量控製策略和空間矢量脈寬調製技術對原有電機車控製繫統進行技術改造,研製齣瞭礦用電機車變頻驅動裝置,實現瞭電機車的轉速電流雙閉環的高性能的調速實驗室數據測試分析和現場使用結果錶明,該驅動裝置調速性能穩定良好,電機車維護工作量明顯減小,可靠性完全達到礦山噁劣工況的要求.

The methods of speed control for a traditional electric locomotive are series resistance and DC chop- per PWM in a coal mine, but there are many disadvantages. The key problems about Electric locomotive using in a mine are that the power voltage fluctuation range is width and that bow is out of the overhead line fre- quently. In order to solve these disadvantages and these key problems, a DC-AC converter speed control sys- tem for a mining electric locomotive was designed, based on the vector control technology and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology and using TMS320LF2407A DSP as a control core. A speed, current, position three closed-loop high performance speed control is realized. After testing in laboratory and using in coal mines, data analysis results Show that the DC-AC converter has a good and stability performance, the maintenance workload is significantly reduced and reliability meets harsh environment requirements com- pletely. The problems of a traditional mining electric locomotive are solved preferably.
