针对矿用通风机振动故障诊断中的特征提取问题,将小波包和希尔伯特变换相结合用于通风机滚动轴承的故障诊断,工程应用实例表明,通过该方法能有效提取出通风机滚动轴承内圈故障特征频率,诊断出滚动轴承的内圈故障,另外还可诊断出通风机存在轴系不对中故障,实现了通风机的精密故障诊断.
針對礦用通風機振動故障診斷中的特徵提取問題,將小波包和希爾伯特變換相結閤用于通風機滾動軸承的故障診斷,工程應用實例錶明,通過該方法能有效提取齣通風機滾動軸承內圈故障特徵頻率,診斷齣滾動軸承的內圈故障,另外還可診斷齣通風機存在軸繫不對中故障,實現瞭通風機的精密故障診斷.

The purpose of this paper is to study the vibration fault diagnosis for the mine ventilator of extracting feature. The wavelet packet and Hilbert transformation were combined to apply the fault diagnosis for the roll- ing bearing of a mine ventilator. The engineering applications showed that the fault characteristic frequency of the bearing inner ring of a mine ventilator can be extracted with this method. In addition, the shaft-misalign- merit as well as the precise fault diagnosis of a mine ventilator were diagnosed and realized.
