运用主客观相结合的方法，对石家庄市创新型城市建设县（市、区）进行了评价研究，并提出了县（市、区）在进一步创新发展中的建议，以期实现对县（市、区）在创新型城市建设中的有效管理，推动创新型城市建设快速发展。

Using the method of combination of subjective and objective, the counties ( cities or districts) in the construction of the innovative city of Shijiazhuang were evaluated, and the suggestions for its further developments were put forword in order to realize the effective management for counties (cities or districts ) and promote the construction of innovative city rapid development.
