为探讨玉米芯栽培金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)小型试验结果较好而实际生产上不被采用的原因,在金针菇主产区(河北省灵寿县)开展了伴随生产进行的玉米芯部分替换棉籽壳栽培金针菇试验。结果表明:与棉籽壳相比,玉米芯用于栽培金针菇菌株苏6存在生物转化率低、效益低的问题;建立的玉米芯与棉籽壳栽培金针菇的等效益关系式揭示了玉米芯的利用效益受当年度鲜菇售价、玉米芯价格以及委托加工用工支出等影响,若棉籽壳实际购买价格高于临界价格(等效益时棉籽壳的价格)时,宜利用玉米芯部分替换棉籽壳,反之则不宜替换。

The output of Flammulina velutipes cultivation using corn cob in small scale experiment was higher, but the method was not widely utilized in large production, to understand the reason, experiment of utilizing corn cob instead of cottonseed hull for Flammulina velutipes cultivation was done in Flammulina velutipes production area where the cultivating material of cottonseed hull was replaced partly by corn cob. The results showed that compared with cottonseed hull, corn cob used for cultivating Flammulina velutipes strain Su 6 had the problems of low biological conversion rate and low cost-effectiveness. Benefit relation formula was established between the uses of two cultivating materials, which revealed that the use efficiency of corn cob was influenced by the annual selling price of Flammulina velutipes, the corn cob price and the processing and labor expenditure. When the price of cottonseed hull was higher than the critical price, it was better to replace cottonseed hull with corn cob. On the other hand, it hindered the replacement.
