高职新生进校以后,面临着生活环境、学习方式、人际交往、自我定位偏差等适应问题。运用UPI测试问卷与自编的新生团体心理辅导反馈表对闽西职业技术学院2011级的138名新生实施为期5周的团体心理辅导并对团体心理辅导效果进行评估。结果显示,团体心理辅导在新生入学适应教育中有显著效果,可以缩短大学新生的入学适应期;帮助新生加深自我认识;提高新生的人际交往能力;帮助新生明确学习、生活与职业目标;增强新生的团队意识,促进高凝聚力的大学班集体形成。

On entering to the vocational school in 2011, fresh students are facing the living envi ronment, learning styles, interpersonal relationships, and self--positioning deviation adaptation. Using UPI test questionnaire and self designed psychological counseling feedback form to imple- ment the five week group psychological counseling among 138 freshmen of Minxi Vocational and Technical College, the assessed group counseling effect shows significance of group counseling in freshmen adapt education, indicating the freshmen enrollment adaptation period is supposed to be shortened, and the group psychological counseling can help new students deepen their self-- awareness, improve their interpersonal interaction capacity, define their learning, life and career goals, strengthen their team spirits and cooperation sense, and enhance the freshman team aware- ness to promote the formation of the highly cohesive university class group.
