运用多元协方差分析,比较各教学单位的教学测评得分,以评价其教学风气与教学管理水平。剔除协变量“职称”和“课程性质”的影响之后,得到各教学单位的修正均值得分,根据LSD多重比较方法,将其从高到低分成三类。其结果能更准确地反映各教学单位的管理水平,以促使各教学单位重视教风和制度化建设。

Based on analysis of covariance, this pnper compares the data of teaching review, evaluates the teaching quality and climate for different department. After eliminating the affect of two covariance variable with professional ranks and course character, we can get the adjusted mean score, by which multiple comparison is carried out for different departments, and the departments fall into three cate- gories. With the method,a better evaluate can he achieved to improve the teching management quanhy.
