结合硬盘、固态存储和纳米存储技术的发展状况,回顾了磁存储技术发展历程,着重介绍了各硬盘厂家应对存储密度提升瓶颈而开发的HAMR、BPM、SWR、DTR等新兴磁记录技术,分析了热点固态存储缺陷点和存储密度提升前景,同时对当前存储领域研究热点的纳米管存储原理和前景进行了阐述,最后就存储技术现状及趋势提出了未来几年内存储领域的格局和纳米存储的发展重点,期望能为存储系统及信息系统技术规划提供参考。
結閤硬盤、固態存儲和納米存儲技術的髮展狀況,迴顧瞭磁存儲技術髮展歷程,著重介紹瞭各硬盤廠傢應對存儲密度提升瓶頸而開髮的HAMR、BPM、SWR、DTR等新興磁記錄技術,分析瞭熱點固態存儲缺陷點和存儲密度提升前景,同時對噹前存儲領域研究熱點的納米管存儲原理和前景進行瞭闡述,最後就存儲技術現狀及趨勢提齣瞭未來幾年內存儲領域的格跼和納米存儲的髮展重點,期望能為存儲繫統及信息繫統技術規劃提供參攷。

Focusing on the hard disk,solid state storage and the nanostructured storage and the trend of storage technology,Magnetic recording technologies are reviewed.Hard disk manufacturers development HAMR,BPM,SWR,DTR and other emerging magnetic recording technologies are introduced,analyzes FLASH storage's defect and density promotion prospect,also on the storage research hot spots of the nanotube memory principle and prospect is discussed.At last,suggestion to the storage areas in the next few years and some points on the development of nano storage is gived.
