设备布局设计、电磁屏蔽设计、维修性设计、散热设计是雷达电子设备方舱设计中考虑的重点。文中介绍了某型号雷达电子设备方舱的研制思路,针对其技术指标要求进行了详细考虑,通过合理布局使舱体功能分区明晰、整洁大方。采用铍铜指形簧片和金属丝网结合的方式填充门板与门框之间的缝隙提高了方舱的电磁屏蔽性能,合理设置风道解决了设备散热问题,设置分机转动机构解决了显控台内置分机维修性问题。该方舱的设计方法对于同类方舱的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Equipment layout,electromagnetic shielding,maintainability and heat dissipation are the key points to be considered in the design of radar electronic equipment shelter.This article introduces the ideas about the development of a radar electronic equipment shelter.Technique parameters of the shelter are considered in detail.Reasonable layout design results in the clear and tidy shelter functional partition.By Using beryllium-copper finger-shaped spring lamination combined with wire net to fill in the gap between door and frame,the performance of electromagnetic shielding is improved.Reasonably arranged air channel solves the problem of equipment heat dissipation.Furthermore,a kind of rolling mechanism is designed to make the built-in extension set of display control platform easy to maintain.In general,the design has reference value for similar products.
