以已出菇后的棉籽壳(120~830μm)为吸附材料吸附溶液中的亚甲基蓝,考察了pH值、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、棉籽壳粒径、棉籽壳用量、反应时间等因素对亚甲基蓝的去除率的影响。试验结果表明,棉籽壳在碱性条件下更容易吸附亚甲基蓝,当pH值等于10时,棉籽壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量最大;增加棉籽壳用量和反应时间,吸附去除率均增加;去除率随亚甲基蓝初始浓度的增大而减小,随棉籽壳粒径的减小而增大。红外光谱分析表明,在棉籽壳基质中可能存在吸附亚甲基蓝染料的-OH、COO-和C=O等官能团。

이이출고후적면자각(120~830μm)위흡부재료흡부용액중적아갑기람,고찰료pH치、아갑기람초시농도、면자각립경、면자각용량、반응시간등인소대아갑기람적거제솔적영향。시험결과표명,면자각재감성조건하경용역흡부아갑기람,당pH치등우10시,면자각대아갑기람적흡부량최대;증가면자각용량화반응시간,흡부거제솔균증가;거제솔수아갑기람초시농도적증대이감소,수면자각립경적감소이증대。홍외광보분석표명,재면자각기질중가능존재흡부아갑기람염료적-OH、COO-화C=O등관능단。
Spent cottonseed hull substrate (SCHS, 120--830μm), which had been cultivated for Pleuro- tus ostreatus, was used for the adsorption of methylene blue. Some factors, such as pH, initial concentra- tion of methylene blue, particle size, SCHS dosage and reaction time, were investigated in this paper. The results showed that. under the condition of alkaline solution, the methylene blue was adsorbed more easily by SCHS. Especially, the capacity of adsorption got to the maximum when the pH was 10. With the in- crease of SCHS dosage and reaction time, the adsorption removal rate increased, and the rate declined with increasing initial concentration of methylene blue while ascended with decreasing particle size. The methyl- ene blue may be adsorbed by some functional groups like -OH, COO-- and C=O, which may exist in SCHS.
