实施校企合作人才培养模式是应用型本科院校提高人才培养质量的重要方法与途径。本文阐述了应用型本科院校深化校企合作人才培养的时代价值，构建了由“人才培养方案、实践教学平台、文化融合”三要素为核心的应用型本科院校深化校企合作的基本模型，提出了推动校企合作深入开展的保障机制。以期为应用型本科院校深入开展校企合作，培养出适应经济社会发展需要的高质量人才提供参考和借鉴。

Implementing talent training with the school enterprise is the important method and the way of application oriented undergraduate college improving the talent training quality. This paper expounds the times value of application oriented undergraduate colleges deepening cooperation between school enterprise of talent training, constructs the basic model of talent training, the platform of practice teaching, the cultural fusion as the core of the application oriented undergraduate colleges deepening the school enterprise coop eration, and then puts forward the security system of cooperation between school enterprises in order to pro vide reference for application oriented undergraduate colleges cooperating with school enterprises.
