随着我国独生子女比例增高，服务行业受到轻视，高校中旅游人才培养面临着职业素质、职业技能下滑问题，同时旅游服务工作技术性强，人才培养过程中需要导师进行个别指导，实施导师制是实现社会对旅游人才需求、旅游应用型人才培养目标以及提高本科生技能的必然要求。
