合作模式的选择是产学研合作技术创新的核心问题。本文基于管理学中的OH优势理论的视角，以安徽科技学院在区域产学研合作的实践为例，着重分析高校在产学研合作办学创新模式的OLI优势定位，为产学研合作研究提供了一个全新的视角。

The right selection of cooperation models constitutes the core premise of the cooperation of enterprise - university -research cooperation in technological innovation. This paper, based on OLI theory, takes the prac- tice of industry -university -institute regional cooperation in Anhui Science and Technology University as an ex- ample and focuses on the advantages of OLI of what the universities have to offer, so as to provide a brand new vision for the study of the enterprise - university - research cooperation.
