目的:优选滁菊总黄酮提取纯化工艺条件。方法:以滁菊总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交试验设计法优选滁菊总黄酮提取的工艺条件;比较D-101型大孔树脂优选滁菊总黄酮纯化的工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为70%乙醇,料液比l:20,提取时间为1.5h,提取温度为60℃;最佳纯化工艺条件为上样液浓度29.75mg/mL,70%乙醇为洗脱剂,流速1BV/h,洗脱剂用量120mL。结论:本方法可以作为滁菊总黄酮提取和纯化的工艺条件。

목적:우선저국총황동제취순화공예조건。방법:이저국총황동함량위고찰지표,채용정교시험설계법우선저국총황동제취적공예조건;비교D-101형대공수지우선저국총황동순화적공예조건。결과:최가제취공예조건위70%을순,료액비l:20,제취시간위1.5h,제취온도위60℃;최가순화공예조건위상양액농도29.75mg/mL,70%을순위세탈제,류속1BV/h,세탈제용량120mL。결론:본방법가이작위저국총황동제취화순화적공예조건。
Objective:To optimize the extraction and purification technology of total flavonoids in Chu chrysanthe- mum. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal experiment design were used to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Chu chrysanthemum ; D - 101 resin was used to optimize the purification technology of total fla- vonoids in Chu chrysanthemum. Results :The optimum extraction conditions are 70% alocohol, 1:20 dosage liq- uor ratio ,1.5h extraction time,60℃ extraction temperature; The optimum purification condition are 29.75mg/ mL sample concentration, 70% eluting reagent concentration, 1BV/h flow rate, 120mL eluting reagent dosage. Conclusion:The condition can be used as extraction and purification technology of total flavonoids in Chu chrys- anthemum.
