Alloxan%Ammonium metavanadate%Jejunum%Mice
目的:研究偏钒酸铵对四氧嘧啶毒性小鼠空肠组织结构的影响。方法:取重量均在30g左右的小鼠60只。分成A、B、C、D、E五组,每组12只,其中A、B、C组为试验组,D组为模型组,E组为空白对照组,适应性饲喂一周后,按200mg/kg的剂量腹腔注射2.5%四氧嘧啶生理盐水,24h后,A、B、C组分别饮饲20mg/L、40mg/L、80mg/L的偏钒酸铵溶液,D组和E组正常饮水。饲水8d后,断脊处死后取空肠标本制作石蜡切片,HE染色,显微观察、摄影。结果:模型组小鼠空肠绒毛变短,部分上皮细胞脱落,肠腺变小且密度减少。饮饲20mg/L的偏钒酸铵溶液时,空肠绒毛和肠腺的组织结构较完整。饮饲40mg/L的偏钒酸铵溶液时,空肠绒毛指状突起结构清晰,排列整齐,肠腺较多。饮饲80mg/L的偏钒酸铵溶液时,空肠绒毛和肠腺的组织结构受到损害。结论:2.5%四氧嘧啶溶液对小鼠的空肠具有毒性作用,而20mg/L和40mg/L偏钒酸铵对其组织结构有一定的保护作用,其中40mg/L最为显著。

목적:연구편범산안대사양밀정독성소서공장조직결구적영향。방법:취중량균재30g좌우적소서60지。분성A、B、C、D、E오조,매조12지,기중A、B、C조위시험조,D조위모형조,E조위공백대조조,괄응성사위일주후,안200mg/kg적제량복강주사2.5%사양밀정생리염수,24h후,A、B、C조분별음사20mg/L、40mg/L、80mg/L적편범산안용액,D조화E조정상음수。사수8d후,단척처사후취공장표본제작석사절편,HE염색,현미관찰、섭영。결과:모형조소서공장융모변단,부분상피세포탈락,장선변소차밀도감소。음사20mg/L적편범산안용액시,공장융모화장선적조직결구교완정。음사40mg/L적편범산안용액시,공장융모지상돌기결구청석,배렬정제,장선교다。음사80mg/L적편범산안용액시,공장융모화장선적조직결구수도손해。결론:2.5%사양밀정용액대소서적공장구유독성작용,이20mg/L화40mg/L편범산안대기조직결구유일정적보호작용,기중40mg/L최위현저。
Objective:To study the effect of ammonium metavanadate on alloxan toxicity mice jejunum tissue structure. Methods :60 SD mice were randomly divided into A, B, C, D and E groups, 12 in each group. Among them A, B and C groups are for experimental groups, D group is for model group, and E group is for control group. Feed one week for adaptability and then weigh rats and according 200mg/kg intraperitoneal injection 2.5% alloxan, after 24h, add different vanadium 20,40,80mg/L separately in each kilogram potable water in A,B,C, the group D and the control group use normal drinking water. After 8 days with drinking water, kill all mice and take the jejunum and made into paraffin section, HE dies, Microscope observation and photography. Results Mice jejunum villi shorten in model group, part of epithelial ceils fall off, intestinal gland smaller and it' s densily decreased. When feeding 20mg/L am- monium metavanadate, the structure of villus and intestinal glands were complete relatively. When feeding 40mg/L ammonium metavanadate, the structure of jejunum villi fingerlike was clear, arrangement regularity, number of intesti- nal gland was more. When feeding 80mg/L ammonium metavanadate, the structure of villus and intestinal glands were damaged. Conclusion The jejunum of mice could be poisoned by 2.5% alloxan liquor, and the possible alleviation of alloxan toxicity in the jejunum tissue structure increases by 20mg/L and 40mg/L ammonium metavanadate liquor, then 40mg/L was more prominent.
