基于部分数据对我国职教集团的发展历程做了归纳性描述,分析了职教集团在时间和空间上所呈现的内驱性、外控性、区域性、共性及交叉性等特点,反思了我国职教集团的发展历程。结论认为：我国职教集团的发展必须实现政府角色和职能的转换,注重职教集团数量与质量的发展关系,必须创新职教集团运行的体制和机制。

According to the inductive description of partial data for the developing process of vocational education group in our country,this paper analyzes the characteristics of internal drive,external control,regionalism,similarity and overlapping.It reflects the developing process of vocational education group in our country.It concludes that the development of vocational education group in our country should transfer the role and function of government,and focus on the developing relation of quality and quantity for vocational education group.It should innovate in the system and mechanism of vocational education group operation.
