硅藻土具有空隙率高、比表面积大、比重小、吸附性强等优良特性,使之在污水处理领域的应用越来越广泛。本研究对硅藻土进行焙烧改性,并用来处理垃圾渗滤液。实验得出硅藻土经过焙烧改性后,对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果有所提高,其最佳焙烧温度为400℃,最佳投加量为2 g,最佳pH值为5.5,最佳搅拌时间为30min,对COD去除率为16.9%,但去除效果仍有待于提高,建议结合多种改性方式以进一步提高硅藻土的水处理能力。

규조토구유공극솔고、비표면적대、비중소、흡부성강등우량특성,사지재오수처리영역적응용월래월엄범。본연구대규조토진행배소개성,병용래처리랄급삼려액。실험득출규조토경과배소개성후,대랄급삼려액적처리효과유소제고,기최가배소온도위400℃,최가투가량위2 g,최가pH치위5.5,최가교반시간위30min,대COD거제솔위16.9%,단거제효과잉유대우제고,건의결합다충개성방식이진일보제고규조토적수처리능력。
With high void content,great specific surface area,small density and strong adsorption,the diatomite is more and more widely used in the field of wastewater treatment.In this study,the diatomite was roasting modified,and then used for treatment of landfill leachate.The results showed that landfill leachate treatment effect of the diatomite slightly increased after it is roasting modified.The optimum roasting modified temperature was 400℃,the optimum dosage of roasting modified diatomite was 2 g,the optimum pH value of landfill leachate was 5.5,the best mixing time was 30 min.In the case,the COD removal efficiency was 16.9%,which still needs to be improved,so it is recommended to combine some modified methods in a bid to improve the wastewater treatment capacity of the diatomite.
