杭甬铁路客运专线为铁路深化施工图审核试点项目之一,在项目施工图审核实施过程中,认真执行铁道部的有关规定,对深化施工图审核的组织机构、主要内容、审核深度、工作流程、过程控制等进行深入研究、试行并进行总结。并在对杭甬铁路客运专线施工图审核工作总结和评述的基础上,对铁路建设项目施工图审核管理有关问题进行探讨,提出建设单位设立设计管理部门、设计院成立专门审核咨询机构、审核单位介入时机、审核和现场核对主要内容及方式、审核过程控制等方面建议。

Hangzhou-Ningbo PDL is one of the pilot projects for drawing verification of railway deepening construction.Under the related regulations made by MOR seriously during the implementation process of construction drawing verification of the project,it carries out deep study,trial implementation and summaries about the organization institutes,main contents,deepness,working procedure,process control of drawing verification and so on.On the basis of summaries and comments of construction drawing verification work for Hangzhou-Ningbo PDL,this article discusses the relavent problems of drawing verification management of railway construction projects.And,it brings out the suggestions as establishing design management department by construction company,a special verification and consultation institute by design institute and the verification company involvement time,the main contents and ways of verification and on site checking,process control of the verification and so on.
