以建筑装饰铝塑复合材料为研究对象,采用高温碱湿法浸出工艺,进行铝塑分离研究。考察了浓度、温度、时间和液固比等对铝浸出过程的影响。试验表明:采用氢氧化钠作为浸出剂浸出含铝废塑料中的铝,并分离塑料是可行的,所用试剂无毒、廉价、易得,其设备简单。
以建築裝飾鋁塑複閤材料為研究對象,採用高溫堿濕法浸齣工藝,進行鋁塑分離研究。攷察瞭濃度、溫度、時間和液固比等對鋁浸齣過程的影響。試驗錶明:採用氫氧化鈉作為浸齣劑浸齣含鋁廢塑料中的鋁,併分離塑料是可行的,所用試劑無毒、廉價、易得,其設備簡單。

This study with engineering plastic materials for research object using wet leaching construction decoration aluminum- plastic composite process, aluminum- plastic separation study on various factors, including concentration, temperature, time and the liquid -solid ratio on the influence of aluminum leaching process. Through tests can draw the conclusion: adopting sodium hydroxide as leaching agent, separation of aluminum and plastic is feasible, the reagent non - toxic, cheap, easy.
