时代飞速发展，老师必须不断学习才能不落后于时代，才能提高自己的教学水平。但由于经费不足、工学矛盾突出，继续教育培训的内容形式与西方地区农村老师的工作实践严重脱节，而不被农村教师认同，即使国培计划也难免流于形式，收效甚微，因此应从增强培训的针对性，融合监控和评价机制，保障经费，提供多种培训形式，增强中小学自主发展意识等多方面着手来发展西部地区农村教师的继续教育。
시대비속발전，로사필수불단학습재능불락후우시대，재능제고자기적교학수평。단유우경비불족、공학모순돌출，계속교육배훈적내용형식여서방지구농촌로사적공작실천엄중탈절，이불피농촌교사인동，즉사국배계화야난면류우형식，수효심미，인차응종증강배훈적침대성，융합감공화평개궤제，보장경비，제공다충배훈형식，증강중소학자주발전의식등다방면착수래발전서부지구농촌교사적계속교육。
Along with economic development and fiscal expenditure on education increasement, the requirement for teachers has increased. In order to meet the current needs of the age, teachers must keep learning to improve teaching. This paper, based on the status analysis of countinuing education for teachers in west rural areas, explores the effective ways which are helpful to develop the countinuing education of teachers. It is of great significance to promote the development of continuing education of teachers in rural areas.
