民族地区农村小学传统班级管理存在诸多弊端,阻碍了素质教育的发展。应以学生为本,实行班级“生本”管理。在遵循主体性、和谐性和发展性的原则下,构建起班级“生本”管理策略体系。通过班级理念、班级目标、班级制度、班级文化、评价体系等构建起班级“生本”管理运行机制;同时要通过教育管理部门、学校、家长、社区的大力支持体系,尤其是班主任的努力工作机制,构建起班级“生本”管理的保障制度,实现学生全面发展的管理目标,有效推进民族地区农村小学素质教育的发展。

민족지구농촌소학전통반급관리존재제다폐단,조애료소질교육적발전。응이학생위본,실행반급“생본”관리。재준순주체성、화해성화발전성적원칙하,구건기반급“생본”관리책략체계。통과반급이념、반급목표、반급제도、반급문화、평개체계등구건기반급“생본”관리운행궤제;동시요통과교육관리부문、학교、가장、사구적대력지지체계,우기시반주임적노력공작궤제,구건기반급“생본”관리적보장제도,실현학생전면발전적관리목표,유효추진민족지구농촌소학소질교육적발전。
The traditional class management of rural primary has many defects, hindering the development of quality education. The management should take the students as the center, and implement student-based class management. Under the principle of subject, harmony and development, the strategy system of the student-based class management should be established. And this student-based class management mechanism should be built through the class of ideas, target, system, culture, and evaluation system. At the same time, through the support system of the education administrative departments, schools, parents, communities, especially the working mechanism of class teacher, the safeguard measures of student-based class management should be built to realize the management target of the comprehensive development of students, effectively promote the development of quality education in minority areas.
