采用分层随机取样的方法抽取298名在校大学生,对其施以检测一般自我效能感量、领悟社会支持量和成就动机,以探讨大学生自我效能感、社会支持与成就动机之间的相互关系。结果表明:(1)大学生成就动机中的追求成功因子与自我效能感、社会支持各维度均呈显著的正相关。自我效能感与不同来源社会支持均存在显著正相关。社会支持三维度之间也呈显著的正相关。(2)自我效能感、社会支持对于成就动机均有显著的正向预测作用。

In this research,the Achievement Motive Scale, General Self- Efficacy Scale and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support were administered among 298 male and female undergraduates randomly selected according to their grades and majors. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship among college students' self-efficacy, social support and the achievement motive. The results are as follows: ( 1 ) the pursuing success factor of the achievement motivation has significant positive correlation with college students' self - efficacy and all factors of the social support; the self- efficacy of college students has a significant positive correlation with all factors of the social support; there exists a significant positive correlation among all the factors of social support. (2)Both college students' self- efficacy and social support can significandy contribute to the achievement motivation level.
