试验采用3×6非平衡拉丁方设计,选择6只健康的6月龄云岭黑山羊羯羊,分3期,分别饲喂苜蓿草粉、苜蓿草块、一年生黑麦草粉、光叶紫花苕粉、非洲狗尾草粉、大麦秸粉6种饲草日粮。结果表明:云岭黑山羊对不同饲草日粮的干物质(DM)、有机物质(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率差异显著(P<0.05),一年生黑麦草日粮组的DM、OM、NDF和ADF消化率最高,苜蓿干草粉日粮组的CP消化率最高,大麦秸粉日粮组的DM、OM、CP、NDF和ADF消化率最低。一年生黑麦草日粮组的血液尿素氮含量显著低于其他饲草日粮组(P<0.05),甘油三酯,总胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶水平各日粮组间差异显著(P<0.05)。上述结果说明,苜蓿干草粉、一年生黑麦草粉和苜蓿草块对云岭黑山羊营养价值较高,大麦秸粉的营养价值最差。

시험채용3×6비평형랍정방설계,선택6지건강적6월령운령흑산양갈양,분3기,분별사위목숙초분、목숙초괴、일년생흑맥초분、광협자화초분、비주구미초분、대맥갈분6충사초일량。결과표명:운령흑산양대불동사초일량적간물질(DM)、유궤물질(OM)、조단백질(CP)、중성세조섬유(NDF)화산성세조섬유(ADF)적소화솔차이현저(P<0.05),일년생흑맥초일량조적DM、OM、NDF화ADF소화솔최고,목숙간초분일량조적CP소화솔최고,대맥갈분일량조적DM、OM、CP、NDF화ADF소화솔최저。일년생흑맥초일량조적혈액뇨소담함량현저저우기타사초일량조(P<0.05),감유삼지,총담고순、총단백、백단백、곡병전안매화곡초전안매수평각일량조간차이현저(P<0.05)。상술결과설명,목숙간초분、일년생흑맥초분화목숙초괴대운령흑산양영양개치교고,대맥갈분적영양개치최차。
In this experiment,3 ×6 Latin square design of not equation was used and six healthy Yunling black wether goats were divided into 3 periods,the yunling black wether goat were fed with alfalfa grass,alfalfa block,annual ryegrass,vicia atropurpurea,setaria anceps stapf,barley straw.The results showed that the digestibility of dry matter(DM)、organic matter (OM),crude protein (CP),neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) were significant difference in different forage diets groups (P < 0.05).The DM,OM,NDF and ADF digestibility of annual ryegrass group was the highest,the CP digestibility of alfalfa grass group was the highest and the DM,OM,CP,NDF and ADF digestibility of barley straw group was the lowest in different forage diets groups.The urea nitrogen of annual ryegrass group was the lowest in different forage diets groups,meanwhile,there were significant difference in triglyceride,total cholesterol,total protein,albumin,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase among different diets groups (P<0.05).The re-sults indicate that there were the highest nutritional value in alfalfa grass power,alfalfa block,annual ryegrass power and the lowest nutritional value in barley straw power for yunling black goat.
