目的:探讨外固定器结合封闭式负压引流技术治疗Ⅲ度开放性胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:36例Ⅲ度开放性胫腓骨骨折,根据治疗方式不同,将其分为A组:仅用外固定器治疗组(17例)B组:用外固定器结合封闭式负压引流技术治疗组(19例)。术中记录手术时间、出血量;术后记录并发症、住院时间、骨折平均愈合时间、随访时间。结果:所有患者均得到随访,随访时间12~24个月,平均(15±2)个月。B组在手术时间、出血量较A组无统计学差异(P>0.05),在并发症、住院时间、负重时间、骨折平均愈合时间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用外固定器结合封闭式负压引流技术治疗Ⅲ度开放性胫腓骨骨折,术后在并发症、住院时间、负重时间、骨折平均愈合时间较仅用外固定器治疗优越。

목적:탐토외고정기결합봉폐식부압인류기술치료Ⅲ도개방성경비골골절적림상료효。방법:36례Ⅲ도개방성경비골골절,근거치료방식불동,장기분위A조:부용외고정기치료조(17례)B조:용외고정기결합봉폐식부압인류기술치료조(19례)。술중기록수술시간、출혈량;술후기록병발증、주원시간、골절평균유합시간、수방시간。결과:소유환자균득도수방,수방시간12~24개월,평균(15±2)개월。B조재수술시간、출혈량교A조무통계학차이(P>0.05),재병발증、주원시간、부중시간、골절평균유합시간유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론:채용외고정기결합봉폐식부압인류기술치료Ⅲ도개방성경비골골절,술후재병발증、주원시간、부중시간、골절평균유합시간교부용외고정기치료우월。
Objective:Investigate external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage clinical technique for the treatment of severe open fractures of tibia and fibula fractures. Methods:In our treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula in 36 cases, according to the different treatment methods, which will be divided into group A:only by external fixation group ( 17 cases) and group B:with the external fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage technique in the treatment group (19cases). During the recording operation time, amount of bleeding;postoperative complications, hospitalization time, record the average healing time of fracture, follow-up. Results:All the patients were followed up, follow up time was 12 to 24 months (mean 15±2 months). B group in the operation time, bleeding volume than in A group (P>0.05), no significant difference in complications, hospitalization time, load time, the average time of fracture healing was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusions:The use of external fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage technique in the treatment of severe open fractures of tibia and fibula fracture, postoperative complications, hospitalization time, load time, the average time of fracture healing was only with external fixation in the treatment of superior.
