目的：对宫腔镜辅助下分段诊断性刮宫(诊刮)术诊断子宫内膜癌的临床应用价值进行分析。方法：将选取的90例子宫内膜癌患者随机平分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者采用宫腔镜辅助下分段诊刮术进行诊断，对照组患者仅采用单纯的分段诊刮术进行诊断，观察两组手术前后的分期符合率和诊断的符合率。结果：观察组的诊断符合率为91.11%，明显较对照组(51.11%)高，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)；观察组手术前后分期的诊断符合率为92.00%和95.00%，明显高于对照组(54.16%、33.33%)，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：宫腔镜辅助下分段诊刮术对诊断子宫内膜癌有很高的准确率。
목적：대궁강경보조하분단진단성괄궁(진괄)술진단자궁내막암적림상응용개치진행분석。방법：장선취적90례자궁내막암환자수궤평분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조환자채용궁강경보조하분단진괄술진행진단，대조조환자부채용단순적분단진괄술진행진단，관찰량조수술전후적분기부합솔화진단적부합솔。결과：관찰조적진단부합솔위91.11%，명현교대조조(51.11%)고，차이구유현저성(P<0.05)；관찰조수술전후분기적진단부합솔위92.00%화95.00%，명현고우대조조(54.16%、33.33%)，차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론：궁강경보조하분단진괄술대진단자궁내막암유흔고적준학솔。
Objective: To analyse clinical value of of using segmentation diagnostic uterine apoxesis operation to diagnose endometrial cancer under tha assistant of hysteroscope.Methods:Divided those 90 cases of endometrial cancer patients equally into observation group and control group randomly,adopted segmentation diagnostic uterine apoxesis operation on the assistant of hysteroscope to diagnose those who in observation group,while just adopted segmentation diagnostic uterine apoxesis operation to diagnose those who in control group,observed these two groups’ stage agreement rate before and after the operation,and their diagnosis agreement rate.Results:Observation group's diagnosis agreement rate is 91.11%,obviously higher than control group's(51.11%),it has significant difference(P<0.05);Observation group's stage agreement rate before and after the operation are 92.00%and 95.00%respectively,evidently higher than control group's (51.16%,33.33%),it has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Segmentation diagnostic uterine apoxesis operation on the assistant of hysteroscope has pretty high accurate rate to the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
