The training goal for application oriented students in Automotion Department is to foster the spirit of innovation and ability to practice .This paper explains the dialectical relationship between practice teaching and theory teaching .Moreover ,it promotes a way to exploit the advantages of teaching teams and build integration teaching mode with combination of theory teaching and practice teaching .
