[目的]探讨同型半胱氨酸(H cy )水平与原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚的相关性。[方法]收集本院原发性高血压患者88例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆 Hcy浓度,彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定左心室形态结构,分析原发性高血压患者血H cy与左心室肥厚的关系。[方法]88例患者左心室肥厚者28例,无左心室肥厚者60例,前者 Hcy水平明显高于无左心室肥厚组[(22.1±10.5)比(13.4±7.8)μmol/L ,P <0.01]。H 型高血压组室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、左心室质量指数均高于 Hcy正常组[分别为(1.02±0.12)比(0.83±0.10)cm,(0.92±0.08)比(0.81±0.09)cm,(112.5±34.6)比(92.8±21.7)g/m2,均 P <0.005]。[结论]高H cy血症可能是高血压左心室重构的独立危险因素。

[목적]탐토동형반광안산(H cy )수평여원발성고혈압환자좌심실비후적상관성。[방법]수집본원원발성고혈압환자88례,채용매련면역흡부법측정혈장 Hcy농도,채색다보륵초성진단의측정좌심실형태결구,분석원발성고혈압환자혈H cy여좌심실비후적관계。[방법]88례환자좌심실비후자28례,무좌심실비후자60례,전자 Hcy수평명현고우무좌심실비후조[(22.1±10.5)비(13.4±7.8)μmol/L ,P <0.01]。H 형고혈압조실간격후도、좌심실후벽후도、좌심실질량지수균고우 Hcy정상조[분별위(1.02±0.12)비(0.83±0.10)cm,(0.92±0.08)비(0.81±0.09)cm,(112.5±34.6)비(92.8±21.7)g/m2,균 P <0.005]。[결론]고H cy혈증가능시고혈압좌심실중구적독립위험인소。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy) and left ventricular hyper-trophy(LVH) in patients with essential hypertension .[Methods] A total of 88 patients with essential hyper-tension in our hospital were collected .ELISA was used to measure plasma level of Hcy .Color Doppler ultra-sonic equipment was used to determine the morphology and structure of left ventricle .The relationship be-tween plasma Hcy and LVH in patients with essential hypertension was analyzed .[Results] Among 88 pa-tients ,28 patients had LVH and 60 patients had no LVH .Plasma Hcy of LVH group was obviously higher than that of non-LVH group(22 .1 ± 10 .5)μmol/L vs (13 .4 ± 7 .8)μmol/L( P<0 .01) .Interventricular septal thickness ,left ventricular prosterior wall thickness and left ventricular mass index in H-type hypertension group were obviously higher than those in normal Hcy group (1 .02 ± 0 .12)cm vs (0 .83 ± 0 .10)cm ,(0 .92 ± 0 . 08)cm vs (0 .81 ± 0 .09)cm ,(112 .5 ± 34 .6)g/m2 vs (92 .8 ± 21 .7)g/m2 (all P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] Hyper-homocysteinaemia may be the independent risk factor of left ventricular remodeling of hypertension .
