[目的]探讨依降钙素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。[方法]30例COPD患者经骨密度检查为骨质疏松症，依降钙素连续治疗3个月后观察其骨痛缓解率、骨密度（BMD）值及肺功能指标变化情况。[结果]治疗3个月后，18例有腰背疼痛症状者及3例骨折患者的骨痛症状消失，股骨及腰椎的BMD值增加，FEV1、FEV1/FVC（％）、FEV1％均较前提高（ P ＜0．05）。[结论]依降钙素是治疗COPD合并骨质疏松症患者的有效药物，能缓解骨痛，提高BMD值，并能改善COPD患者的肺通气功能。
[목적]탐토의강개소치료만성조새성폐질병（COPD）환자합병골질소송증적림상료효。[방법]30례COPD환자경골밀도검사위골질소송증，의강개소련속치료3개월후관찰기골통완해솔、골밀도（BMD）치급폐공능지표변화정황。[결과]치료3개월후，18례유요배동통증상자급3례골절환자적골통증상소실，고골급요추적BMD치증가，FEV1、FEV1/FVC（％）、FEV1％균교전제고（ P ＜0．05）。[결론]의강개소시치료COPD합병골질소송증환자적유효약물，능완해골통，제고BMD치，병능개선COPD환자적폐통기공능。
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of elcatonin for the treatment of patients with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease(COPD) and osteoporosis .[Methods] Thirty patients with COPD were diagnosed as osteoporosis . The remission rate of bone pain ,bone mineral density(BMD) as well as the change of lung function indexes after continu-ous treatment with elcatonin for 3 weeks were observed .[Results]Compared with before treatment ,the symptoms of 18 patients with low back pain and 3 patients with fractures were disappeared ,and femur as well as lumbar spine BMD values increased ,and FEV1 ,FEV1/FVC(% ) as well as FEV1% were improved after treatment for 3 months( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion]Elcatonin for the treatment of COPD patients with osteoporosis is an effective drug ,and can relieve pain ,in-crease BMD values and improve pulmonary ventilation function of patients with COPD .
