[目的]探讨依降钙素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。[方法]30例COPD患者经骨密度检查为骨质疏松症,依降钙素连续治疗3个月后观察其骨痛缓解率、骨密度(BMD)值及肺功能指标变化情况。[结果]治疗3个月后,18例有腰背疼痛症状者及3例骨折患者的骨痛症状消失,股骨及腰椎的BMD值增加,FEV1、FEV1/FVC(%)、FEV1%均较前提高( P <0.05)。[结论]依降钙素是治疗COPD合并骨质疏松症患者的有效药物,能缓解骨痛,提高BMD值,并能改善COPD患者的肺通气功能。
[目的]探討依降鈣素治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者閤併骨質疏鬆癥的臨床療效。[方法]30例COPD患者經骨密度檢查為骨質疏鬆癥,依降鈣素連續治療3箇月後觀察其骨痛緩解率、骨密度(BMD)值及肺功能指標變化情況。[結果]治療3箇月後,18例有腰揹疼痛癥狀者及3例骨摺患者的骨痛癥狀消失,股骨及腰椎的BMD值增加,FEV1、FEV1/FVC(%)、FEV1%均較前提高( P <0.05)。[結論]依降鈣素是治療COPD閤併骨質疏鬆癥患者的有效藥物,能緩解骨痛,提高BMD值,併能改善COPD患者的肺通氣功能。
[목적]탐토의강개소치료만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자합병골질소송증적림상료효。[방법]30례COPD환자경골밀도검사위골질소송증,의강개소련속치료3개월후관찰기골통완해솔、골밀도(BMD)치급폐공능지표변화정황。[결과]치료3개월후,18례유요배동통증상자급3례골절환자적골통증상소실,고골급요추적BMD치증가,FEV1、FEV1/FVC(%)、FEV1%균교전제고( P <0.05)。[결론]의강개소시치료COPD합병골질소송증환자적유효약물,능완해골통,제고BMD치,병능개선COPD환자적폐통기공능。
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of elcatonin for the treatment of patients with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease(COPD) and osteoporosis .[Methods] Thirty patients with COPD were diagnosed as osteoporosis . The remission rate of bone pain ,bone mineral density(BMD) as well as the change of lung function indexes after continu-ous treatment with elcatonin for 3 weeks were observed .[Results]Compared with before treatment ,the symptoms of 18 patients with low back pain and 3 patients with fractures were disappeared ,and femur as well as lumbar spine BMD values increased ,and FEV1 ,FEV1/FVC(% ) as well as FEV1% were improved after treatment for 3 months( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion]Elcatonin for the treatment of COPD patients with osteoporosis is an effective drug ,and can relieve pain ,in-crease BMD values and improve pulmonary ventilation function of patients with COPD .
