[目的]探讨氯沙坦对冠心病患者室性心律失常的影响。[方法]取本院心内科于2009～2012年门诊及住院收治的冠心病合并室性心律失常患者160例作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组及观察组，每组各80例患者，比较两组患者的治疗效果及室性心律失常改变情况。[结果]观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，且差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）；观察组患者接受治疗后的室性心律失常发生次数明显少于对照组患者，PR间期较对照组明显延长，Q RS波时限明显缩短，且差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。[结论]氯沙坦治疗冠心病室性心律失常患者，可以明显提高治疗效果，改善患者的心律失常。
[목적]탐토록사탄대관심병환자실성심률실상적영향。[방법]취본원심내과우2009～2012년문진급주원수치적관심병합병실성심률실상환자160례작위연구대상，근거치료방식적불동분위대조조급관찰조，매조각80례환자，비교량조환자적치료효과급실성심률실상개변정황。[결과]관찰조환자적치료효과명현우우대조조환자，차차이유현저성（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자접수치료후적실성심률실상발생차수명현소우대조조환자，PR간기교대조조명현연장，Q RS파시한명현축단，차차이유현저성（ P ＜0．05）。[결론]록사탄치료관심병실성심률실상환자，가이명현제고치료효과，개선환자적심률실상。
[Objective] To explore the effect of losartan on ventricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease .[Methods] A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients with coronary heart disease and ventricular arrhythmia in cardiology department of our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were enrolled in the study .According to the treatment methods ,all patients were divided into control group and observation group with 80 patients in each .The efficacy and the improvement of ventricular arrhythmia were compared between two groups .[Results]The efficacy of observation group was obviously better than control group ,and there was significant difference( P <0 .05) .The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in observation group after treatment was obvi-ously lower than that in control group ,but PR interval was prolonged and QRS wave duration was shortened obviously ,and there were significant differences( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Losartan for the treatment of ven-tricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease patients can markedly increase the efficacy and im-prove arrhythmia of patients .
