[目的]探讨干扰素α-1b治疗儿童手足口病的疗效及安全性。[方法]将189例儿童手足口病随机分为观察组98例，给予干扰素雾化吸入每日1次，对照组91例，给予静脉滴入病毒唑每日1次，疗程均为3 d。[结果]观察组的总有效率为93．88％，对照组为60．44％，两组比较差异有显著性（ P ＜0．01）。观察组在退热时间，手足皮疹及口腔溃疡愈合方面均优于对照组（ P ＜0．01），观察组未发现明显毒副作用。[结论]干扰素治疗儿童手足口病的疗效明显优于利巴韦林，值得临床上推广应用。
[목적]탐토간우소α-1b치료인동수족구병적료효급안전성。[방법]장189례인동수족구병수궤분위관찰조98례，급여간우소무화흡입매일1차，대조조91례，급여정맥적입병독서매일1차，료정균위3 d。[결과]관찰조적총유효솔위93．88％，대조조위60．44％，량조비교차이유현저성（ P ＜0．01）。관찰조재퇴열시간，수족피진급구강궤양유합방면균우우대조조（ P ＜0．01），관찰조미발현명현독부작용。[결론]간우소치료인동수족구병적료효명현우우리파위림，치득림상상추엄응용。
[Objective]To explore the efficacy and safety of interferonα-1b for the treatment of children with hand , foot and mouth disease .[Methods] Totally 189 children with hand ,foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group( n=98) and control group( n=91) .The treatment group was given interferonα-1b by atomized inhala-tion once daily ,while the control group was given ribavirin by intravenous injection once daily .The treatment course was 3 days .[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93 .88 % and 60 .44% respectively , and there were significant differences between two groups ( P<0 .01) .The time of temperature decreasing and the skim rash and mouth ulcer healing in treatment group were better than control group ( P<0 .01) .No obvious side effect was found in treatment group .[Conclusion]The efficacy of interferonα-1b for the treatment of children with hand ,foot and mouth disease is better than ribavirin .It is worthy of clinical promotion .
