研究目的：梳理产业集群与土地生产效率的理论关系，实证城乡结合部的产业集群发展对其土地生产效率的影响。研究方法：数据包络分析法。研究结果：设置产业园区有助于提高其内部整体产业与土地的生产效率，使产业朝向资本密集转型。研究结论：政府规划产业园区时应当重视园区与城乡结合部共生发展的产业集群对产业及土地生产效率的促进作用，以实现土地高效利用的目标。
연구목적：소리산업집군여토지생산효솔적이론관계，실증성향결합부적산업집군발전대기토지생산효솔적영향。연구방법：수거포락분석법。연구결과：설치산업완구유조우제고기내부정체산업여토지적생산효솔，사산업조향자본밀집전형。연구결론：정부규화산업완구시응당중시완구여성향결합부공생발전적산업집군대산업급토지생산효솔적촉진작용，이실현토지고효이용적목표。
The purpose of the paper is to detect the theoretical relationship between industrial clustering and productive efficiency of land and further to empirically analyze the relationship of the two in the Rural-Urban Continuum. Method of data envelopment analysis is adopted. The results indicate that establishing a science park can raise its industries’ productive efficiency of land and its capital investments. The same situations happen in industrial cluster cooperating with the science park in the rural-urban continuum. It is concluded that government should take account of the spread of techniques and knowledge and the raise of productive efficiency of land due to the co-development of Science Park and industrial clustering in the rural-urban continuum because it can improve the efficiency of land use.
