目的：探讨泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗脑出血并发上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法将脑出血并发上消化道出血患者分为治疗组及对照组各36例，两组患者均给予常规治疗。对照组用泮托拉唑注射液40 mg静脉滴注；治疗组在此基础上加用云南白药胃管注入。观察患者胃液颜色、pH值、大便颜色、潜血等。结果治疗组36例中显效32例，总有效率为97.2%；对照组36例中显效29例，总有效率为88.9%，两组总有效率对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)；治疗后胃液pH值改善情况治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗脑出血并发上消化道出血的止血效果较好，且无明显不良反应。
목적：탐토반탁랍서연합운남백약치료뇌출혈병발상소화도출혈적림상료효。방법장뇌출혈병발상소화도출혈환자분위치료조급대조조각36례，량조환자균급여상규치료。대조조용반탁랍서주사액40 mg정맥적주；치료조재차기출상가용운남백약위관주입。관찰환자위액안색、pH치、대편안색、잠혈등。결과치료조36례중현효32례，총유효솔위97.2%；대조조36례중현효29례，총유효솔위88.9%，량조총유효솔대비구유현저성차이(P<0.05)；치료후위액pH치개선정황치료조명현우우대조조(P<0.01)。결론반탁랍서연합운남백약치료뇌출혈병발상소화도출혈적지혈효과교호，차무명현불량반응。
Objective To explore the clinic curative effect of Pantoprazole jointed yunanbaiyao for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrahge. Method The cerebral hemorrhage complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were divided into treatment group and control group, all the 36 cases, two groups of patients were given conventional treatment. The control group was pantoprazole injection 40mg intravenous drip. The treatment group was on the basis of this combined with yuannanbaiyao stomach tube injection. Observation patients’ gastric juice color, pH value, color, occult blood stool, etc al. Result Treatment group has 32 cases markedly improved in 36 cases, the total effective rate was 97.2%. Control group has 29 cases marked effect in 36 cases, the total effective tate was 88.9%. two group total effective rate compared with signiifcant difference(P<0.05). Gastric juice pH value improvement after treatment in treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of Pantoprazole jointed yunanbaiyao treatment cerebral hemorrhage complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrahge is better than control group, no obvious adverse reaction.
