抗坏血酸溶液在紫外有最大吸收峰,在稀盐酸介质中,微量的碘酸钾能氧化抗坏血酸溶液而使吸光度降低,降低程度与碘酸钾浓度成正比,从而建立了紫外分光光度法测定碘含量的新方法。方法是体系反应后于最大吸收波长243 nm处测量吸光度。碘酸钾浓度在0.1~4.0μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9981,摩尔吸光系数2.3×104 L/mol·cm。用此法测定食盐中微量碘含量,RSD最大值4.20%(n=5),加标回收率在90.2%~107.0%之间。

A new method is established for the determination of trace iodine.The ascorbic acid solution has the maximum absorption peak in the ultraviolet;in HCl medium,trace potassium iodate can oxidize ascorbic acid solution so as to make absorbance reduce,and the degree of decrease is proportional to the concentration of potassium iodate.Method:Measure the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength of 243 nm after system reaction.Potassium iodate concentration in the range of 0.1~4.0μg/mL has good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.9981,the molar absorptivity is 2.3×104 L/mol·cm.The method has been used in the determination of trace iodine in common salt.The maximum RSD (n= 5)is 4.20%,the recovery of standard addition is between 90.2% and 107.0%.
