采用间接原子吸收光谱法对紫菜中碘含量进行测定。在草酸的作用下,Cu2+被还原为Cu+,Cu+与I-反应生成了CuI沉淀,通过测定上清液中剩余的铜含量,间接求得紫菜中碘含量。设计了四因素三水平的正交实验,考察了影响测定结果的主次要因素,然后通过单因素实验对主要因素进行细化分析,确定最佳实验条件:反应温度为35℃,离心时间为5 min,草酸溶液0.6 mL,C(H+)为2 mol/L 的酸性溶液。该法操作简便、快速,利用它测定紫菜中碘含量,结果满意。

Iodine in seaweed is determined by indirect atomic absorption spectrometry.Based on the re-duction of Cu2+ by oxalic acid to Cu+,the precipitation produced by reaction of Cu+ and I-,Cu resi-due in the supernatant is determined and calculated to obtain iodine content in seaweed.The four fac-tors and three levels orthogonal experiment is investigated to study the effects of primary factors and secondary factors on the determination results.The key factors are researched through single factor experiment.The optimum conditions are carried out with reaction temperature of 35 ℃,centrifuga-tion time of 5 min,oxalic acid solution of 0 .6 mL,acidic solution of 2 mol/L hydrogen ion.The method is simple and fast.The determination result of iodine in seaweed is satisfactory.
