目的：探讨联合专科护理在预防老年糖尿病骨折患者并发症的方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析2010年以前采用日常护理的老年糖尿病骨折患者并发症发生率，并与实施了联合专科护理的老年糖尿病患者骨折并发症发生率相比较。结果：联合专科护理护理患者并发症发生率低于日常护理患者的并发症发生率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：联合专科护理实践模式，可提高老年糖尿病骨折患者的护理质量，减少并发症的发生率。
목적：탐토연합전과호리재예방노년당뇨병골절환자병발증적방법급효과。방법：회고성분석2010년이전채용일상호리적노년당뇨병골절환자병발증발생솔，병여실시료연합전과호리적노년당뇨병환자골절병발증발생솔상비교。결과：연합전과호리호리환자병발증발생솔저우일상호리환자적병발증발생솔，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：연합전과호리실천모식，가제고노년당뇨병골절환자적호리질량，감소병발증적발생솔。
Objective:To explore the methods and effect of associated specific nursing in preventing the complications in the old diabetics who suffered from fracture.Method:The rate of complications in the old diabetics who suffered from fracture was compared between using the daily nursing and using the associated specific nursing by retrospective analysis since 2010.Result:The rate of complications was significantly lower by using the associated specific nursing than using the daily nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The associated specific nursing can play a positive role in the old diabetics who suffered from fracture,and can reduce the complications.
