针对目前普遍采用的电加热式热处理设备温度控制精度低,加热效率低的缺点,设计了一种适合于针对石油输油管加热的高频电源,解决了传统电加热温度控制精度低,能源浪费的问题。该方案以DSP为控制核心采用模糊PID温度控制策略,增强了系统对负载参数变化和外部干扰的适应性,有效的提高了温度控制精度。分析了加热电源的结果和原理,并对控制电路和控制方法进行了设计。通过实验对该系统的性能进行了验证,实验结果表面,该系统提高了对输油管路温度的精确控制,提高加热效率能够满足工业生产要求,可用于对现有的石油输油管路加热系统进行改造。

Due to the present electric heating heat treatment equipment is general y used to low temperature control precision,the shortcomings of low efifciency of heating,we design a suitable for heating for oil pipeline of high frequency power supply,solve the traditional electric heating temperature control precision is low,the problem of energy waste.This project using DSP as the cybernetics core and adopting fuzzy-PID control strategy,enhance the adaption for the parameter change and external interference;effectively improve the temperature control precision.We analyze the structure and the control strategy of the system and designed the control circuit and the control strategy.On the system performance is veriifed through the experiment,the surface of the experimental results,the system improves the precision of pipelines temperature control,improve the efifciency of heating can meet the requirement of industrial production,and can be used for the reconstruction of the existing oil pipelines heating system.
