本文首先通过分析广东农村土地流转对农业经济社会的影响来说明农村土地流转的重要性；接着阐述了目前广东农村土地流转的状况及突出的几个问题；再者，为解决其问题，运用计量模型分析了影响广东农村土地流转的因素及影响程度；最后，依据以上分析得出结论并提出对策建议。
本文首先通過分析廣東農村土地流轉對農業經濟社會的影響來說明農村土地流轉的重要性；接著闡述瞭目前廣東農村土地流轉的狀況及突齣的幾箇問題；再者，為解決其問題，運用計量模型分析瞭影響廣東農村土地流轉的因素及影響程度；最後，依據以上分析得齣結論併提齣對策建議。

To begin with, this paper illustrated the signiifcance of rural land circulation through the analysis of the inlfuence on agricultural economic society from rural land circulation in Guangdong .And then, the author elaborated the current condition and outstanding issues of rural land circulation in Guangdong. Additionally, the author built a metrological model to analyze the elements and impact degree of rural land circulation in Guangdong. Finally, the article presented several policy proposals according to analysis above.
