为了解决农民的医疗服务问题，东莞市石龙镇通过完善多层次的农村医疗服务体系，施行城乡一体的医疗保障制度实现农民医疗保障制度的全覆盖，化解农民医疗服务需求难以转化为现实需求的障碍。本文分析了石龙镇在实施城乡一体化医保制度过程中存在的问题，并提出针对性建议，为相关部门探索建立与石龙镇当前社会、经济发展相适应的农村医疗服务体系提供理论参考。

For servicing rural residents, Dongguan Shilong town improved the multi level rural medical service system and implemented the integration of urban and rural medical security system to make sure the whole coverage of the medical security system for farmers. It resolved the obstacle that farmers medical service requirement is dififcult to translate into reality. This paper analyzed the problem of Shilong town’s medical security of urban and rural integration, and presented pertinent suggestions which offered theoretical references for related departments to develop rural medical service system.
