作为传统Gabor小波的一种改进,Log-Gabor滤波器在机器视觉领域已经得到广泛的应用,利用Log-Gabor滤波器的特性结合主成分分析(PCA)与支持向量机(SVM)对织物起球的等级进行客观评价。针对Log-Gabor特征的高维问题,改进了传统的特征提取方法,提高了实验的计算效率,减少了运行时间。通过与Gabor小波的实验结果比较,该方法可以有效捕捉起球信息,最高正确识别率达到了95%。

As an improvement of the traditional Gabor wavelet, the Log-Gabor filter has been widely used in the field of machine vision. This paper proposes a new method of rating the fabric pilling objectively using the characteristics of Log-Gabor filter combined with Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Support Vector Machine(SVM). For the high dimensional problem of Log-Gabor features, this paper improves the traditional feature extraction methods, which can improve the computation efficiency and reduce the running time. Compared with the experimental results of Gabor wavelet, this method can effectively capture the pilling information. The highest correct recognition rate is 95%.
