为实时掌握交联聚乙烯(XLPE)配电电缆的运行状态,提高其供电可靠性,对电缆线芯温度的计算方法进行了研究。针对配电电缆敷设距离较短的特点,运用集中参数法表征XLPE电缆的各层结构,建立了单芯电缆集中参数稳态等效热路模型,在此基础上推导出线芯温度与载流量的计算公式,简化了分析与计算。实验结果表明该计算方法具有较高的精度,同时对考虑暂态过程的电缆线芯温度计算方法进行了讨论与分析,为电缆运行状态的在线监测提供了参考。

To monitor the running state and improve the power supply reliability of XLPE cable,the calculation method of XLPE cable conductor temperature is researched in this paper. To simplify the analysis and calculation,the lumped parameter method is used to character each layer structure of the cable,the steady-state thermal circuit model of the lumped parameter is established according to the characteristics of short laying distance of the power distribution cable,and then the formula of con-ductor temperature and carrying capacity is derived. The effectiveness of the method is verified by experimental analysis. The cal-culation method of conductor temperature considering the transient process is discussed. It provided a reference for on-line moni-toring of running status of the cable.
