The design scheme of biquadratic low-passed filter is introduced completely,especially the highlights and the matters needing attention in the filter design. The design method and optimization method of the low-passed filter are given in this paper by using the normalization algorithm and simulation with EDA software. The methods to simulate and test the low-passed filter by Proteus are elaborated in combination with actual application case. The testing result shows that the biquadratic low-passed filter designed with the method works steady,and has the advantages of less difficulty and low cost. This method is also provides a new idea for low-passed filter design.
