成都华置广场2栋住宅为特殊的凯旋门外观设计,其上部混凝土结构由位于38层的悬挑钢结构支撑。针对其高空悬挑转换钢结构桁架,对比分析了3种安装方案,其中通常的整体吊装与胎架安装法均有较明显的缺点。最终确定采用高空悬拼方案后,在有限元施工模拟、厚钢板焊接质量控制、高空安全防护方面进行阐述。采用该方案有效地解决了复杂结构的空中吊装难题,同时节约了施工费用。

The residence of Chengdu Chinese-estates Plaza has special triumphal arch design, its upper concrete structure is supported by cantilever steel structure truss, which located at 38th floor. For this high cantilever steel structure truss, three kinds of installation plans are compared and analyzed. The idea of overall lifting or installation supported by frame in the air has obvious shortcomings. After determining to take the plan of installing in the air, the finite element simulation of construction, thick steel plate welding quality control, high safety aspects are described. The plan has effectively solved the problem of complicated structure air lifting, and saved a lot of construction measures fee at the same time.
