目的：研究分析本社区糖尿病规范化管理前后患者的血糖达标率。方法选取2012年7月1日~2013年6月30日本社区的糖尿病患者830例，作为研究对象。将其分为治疗组和对照组。予治疗组以糖尿病规范化管理，予对照组以传统的管理方式，分析对比两组患者经管理前后的血糖达标率。结果经规范化管理的糖尿病患者空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖量均比经传统管理的稳定，各项指标的达标率相对更高。结论糖尿病规范化管理能有效地稳定血糖，具有更广泛的临床应用价值。
목적：연구분석본사구당뇨병규범화관리전후환자적혈당체표솔。방법선취2012년7월1일~2013년6월30일본사구적당뇨병환자830례，작위연구대상。장기분위치료조화대조조。여치료조이당뇨병규범화관리，여대조조이전통적관리방식，분석대비량조환자경관리전후적혈당체표솔。결과경규범화관리적당뇨병환자공복혈당화찬후2h혈당량균비경전통관리적은정，각항지표적체표솔상대경고。결론당뇨병규범화관리능유효지은정혈당，구유경엄범적림상응용개치。
Objective To study and analyze the target rate of blood glucose before and after diabetes standard management in community. Methods 830 diabetes patients in community from January 1,2013 to December 31,2013 were selected as the study objects and divided them into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was given diabetes standard management,the control group was given traditional management,target rate of blood glucose before and after management were compared. Results Fasting blood-glucose(FBG) of patients after standard management and blood glucose 24h after dinner were more stable than traditional management,and target rate of all indicators were relatively higher. Conclusion Diabetes standard management can make the blood glucose more stable,having wide application values in clinic.
